THE place to learn and train Jiu-Jitsu on Long Island. Professor Carlos Rosado teaches each lesson with meticulous attention to detail, his level of instruction quality is second-to-none. Thats because he really loves Jiu-Jitsu as both an art and a science, and he truly cares about the progression of his students understanding of Jiu-Jitsu. If you want to get good fast, or if you simply just want to learn a little bit of the basics, this is your place. The team itself is full of friendly people who are eager to learn and improve. The competition team works very, very hard and if your goal is to compete, you will go far training with this team.
